Rajaa Viswanath is a visionary leader with an exceptional track record in advertising and design. As the Co-Founder of Studio Aaxis, a unit of Lemongrass, he brings over 15 years of experience in leading design studios, graphic centers, and production houses. His expertise spans across top Indian and multinational agencies like Mudra Communications and Contract Advertising. Having navigated and adapted to every transformation in the industry, Rajaa’s vast experience is a key driving force behind the success and innovation at Studio Aaxis.
Milind Jadav, an IIM Bangalore alumnus, has been an advertising and marketing professional for over 20 years and having worked with brands such as Amul, Godrej, Hercules, Nutrine, Parryware, Pril, Sony, Taj Mahal Tea, RMKV etc., he brings in a lot of experience and much needed wisdom to the table. Milind has also worked on diverse categories such as FMCG, consumer durables, pharmaceuticals, personal care, real estate, financial services and hospitality amongst others. He has worked with FCB Ulka, JWT, R K Swamy BBDO, Euro RSCG and also was the Branch Head at Mudra Communications. He is also a guest faculty at IIT Madras where he teaches students the fundamentals of Marketing.
